I was wrapping up presents the other night and thought I’d wrap up the picture frames we have hanging above our sofa. I have no idea where I saw this (could’ve been any number of magazines or maybe even a store catalog) but I’m loving the impact. It really added pizazz to our living room.
So quick, easy and nothing to store for future years! That’s my favorite kind of decoration. (In the above photo you can get an idea of our funky wall texture… See why we want to drywall or at least retexture the living room?)
Do you have any “disposable” decorating ideas? Something that I don’t have to store until next year (space is limited in an 828 sq. foot house)? Please share!

too perfect!
how fun and festive! love it!
visiting from newlywoodwards! love the blog.
What a clever idea. This would be disasterous for me because I’m a horrible wrapper. (I think it has something to do with horrible impatience.)
Pinecones are kinda disposable? You can just put them back outside or in the compost pile.
Thanks for linking up this week. Love the clever idea for making all artwork Christmasy.
I love this!! Not only would I not have to store it but if the kids tear it up I wont cry! I’m so looking forward to the days when my kids are out of the destructive toddler days!!
How cute! I just saw this idea at a restaurant the other day and commented to my hubby how this would be an easy project even I could screw up!! Its adorable
